53 killed, 10 rescued in Changsha building collapse

Fifty-three people were killed in the building collapse in Changsha City, capital of central China's Hunan Province. Ten others were rescued.
The search and rescue operation has concluded as all people were accounted for, local officials told a press conference.
The self-constructed building, which covered an area of about 700 square meters in Changsha's Wangcheng District, toppled at 12:24 p.m. on April 29.
China's State Council later announced it has set up a team to investigate the tragedy.
